Before your first invoice

01Where does the customer payment go?+

Directly to the wallet address configured for your project. GramPayBot monitors the transfer but does not receive or store the funds.

02What counts as a paid transaction?+

Processing credit is deducted only after an invoice is successfully detected as paid. Creating or cancelling an invoice costs nothing.

03Do I need to use the API?+

No. You can create invoices manually in the Telegram bot or web cabinet. The API is for websites, bots and services that need automation.

04Which currencies are supported?+

Invoices are priced in USD and can currently be paid in USDT or USDC on supported routes.

05Can I sell digital goods inside Telegram for crypto?+

Telegram requires Telegram Stars for digital goods and services sold inside bots and Mini Apps. GramPayBot is suitable for permitted crypto-payment scenarios, including external websites and services; merchants remain responsible for platform and local compliance.

06How do I know an invoice was paid?+

The hosted checkout updates automatically. Merchants can also view status in the bot or cabinet, query the API, or receive a signed webhook.
